Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Italian consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
• be unused and undamaged;
• be returned in their original packaging whenever possible;
• include all accessories and documentation originally provided.
Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as customers remain responsible for the product until it reaches us.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal, although we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or evidence of shipment has been provided.
Original shipping charges are refundable only to the extent required by applicable law.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and other applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products made to the customer's specifications;
• personalized or custom-made prints;
• products clearly customized at the customer's request.
If a print has been customized or produced according to the customer's specific instructions, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned, except in the event of defects or damage.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
• replacement of the item;
• repair where feasible;
• partial or full refund.
Proof of the defect or error, including photographs, may be requested.
