Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, exhibitions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If shipping to your destination is unavailable, you will be informed during checkout or contacted directly after placing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Italy: 1–5 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 5–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
AFSIGNED is not responsible for delays caused by:
• customs procedures;
• carrier disruptions;
• force majeure events;
• incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are encouraged to verify any applicable import regulations and taxes with their local customs authority before placing an order.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
AFSIGNED shall not be liable for failed deliveries or additional shipping costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery in the case of a lost package) at:

• photographs of the packaging and product (if damaged);
• a description of the issue.
I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
